03.01 Using Like Gates

As of November 5th 2014, Facebook has chosen to remove the like-gate function. Facebook reasons, and we agree, that users should only have to like a page if they like the content the page offers and the company behind. This change creates more value for users and the brands behind the Facebook pages, as the users will now only be exposed to relevant content on their news feed from brands they really like and brands will only get likes from people who actually hold an interest in their business.

Therefore, you will no longer be able to successfully use the like-gate function on your mono-built Facebook page(s).
