It goes without saying that it is important to that potential customers can easily get in contact with your business, quickly. Therefore, it is usually a good idea to gather all contact information onto one page so users can quickly get an overview of who to contact and how.

Contact pages should contain important phone numbers, emails, the official company name and address, as a minimum. If you have a physical business, it is also a good idea to show the location on a map. You can also choose to use to add a contact a form on this page. The advantage of a form is that it allows you to define some of the information you require when someone would like more information, for example their name, email, company name, etc. You can do all this easily with dedicated modules in the mono tool.

1: Contact

A contact page should be straightforward and contain all the information a customer needs to get in touch with the given company, for example, company name, address, telephone number, etc. We also recommend featuring a map on the company does business locally.  Maps are especially important for the mobile view because users are often looking for directions when accessing a Contact page from a mobile device.  Including a contact form is also a good idea to help users get in touch, plus you can ensure you ask for all relevant information up front.

2: Contact

If a company has several locations, you can add several maps to the Contact page. In this example we’ve used a layout with three equal columns and set a map module in each column. The form is built in a Jumbotron with Form Builder module to give a more visual effect. The mobile view below is 1:1 but you can choose to hide the top image if it’s not relevant to show users the more relevant information quicker so they don’t have to scroll for the information they need.
